My very, very, very new blog...

Post by Candice » Sun Feb 24, 2008 9:11 pm

Okay, I really have no idea what I am doing but I am willing to have it be a work in progress! I just started this blog about a week ago, and no longer than a month ago, I had no idea what a blog was! So, as you navigate through my very brief blog, remember I am sooooo new to this!

Melanie, I expect a blog and some pictures from you very soon, no excuses! If I can do it, so can you!!!

I LOVE IT!!! :D Your dd's are just the sweetest, cutest little girls! You do look like what I pictured.....still can't see you putting shoes on a horse....

Truth is I tried to post a picture on here earlier today, and as you can see....I got nowhere with that and finally gave up. Maybe I could talk dh into helping with that later.

If you're ever in N MO, I'll let you ride horses all day long! My ds actually fell asleep on his pony when he was about 2.5...it was too funny!

I'll be checking in often....your blog looks great to me!!

Melanie,

I am detecting some excuses already  . Get together with hubby and figure this thing out already! (My hubby helped with everything just so you know!)

I have no idea if this is near you, but my dad lives in Cabool, MO. is this near you?

Alright, let's see those pics! ( everyone else too!)

Well...we used to live near Cabool. We lived in Rolla while dh was in engineering school and Rolla is just north of Cabool. We drove through there all the time on our way to Memphis. We live near Trenton, now. (Kathleen knows exactly where this is! :) )

I'm working on dh...he always thinks I'm crazy when I want to do something like this.

Anybody have a clue how to transfer a picture from Kodak Easyshare (easy...huh) to a post??? I may have to take a picture first, I'm always the one with the camera so I'm not in any pictures!

cute, cute!!! I love having a blog. :-)

Melanie-you have to upload your pics to an online account. I like to use photobucket-just go to photobucket dot com and it will walk you through how to set up an account. Then it will give you a link to use and all you do is copy and paste! :-)

Just don't use regular paper for the tent like we did, the tent is so flimsy! The instructions advise index cards...now I know why!

Gina,

Yes, I remember you are in So Cal also, I remember (I think) which city also. I actually lived, worked and went to a community college (RCC) in that city!
So, if I am correct, you and I live about 2 hours apart.
Please add me to your blog roll, I believe I will be an official blogger then! How corny I am!
Off to see your blog...

I love your blog, Candice! The great thing about blogs is that they can be whatever you want them to be!
