New to HOD and so excited!

I received BHFHG last week and just ordered the rest of the pieces last night (except for the readers - I work in a library so I'll get our lit. from there). I am so excited about this program! I looked at it last year but was afraid to jump in - I was concerned that I'd feel "tied down" as I've been very eclectic in the past. However, I knew that I'd need something where the prep was done for me. Since I work outside the home now, "flying by the seat of my pants" hasn't worked so well. And the best thing? The Charlotte Mason flavor of HOD. Now I can't wait for the rest of my books to come

Cozyfamily - I'm so excited for you to begin HOD! You will love the CM gems included in all of the HOD guides. I love HOD's style of teaching - no prep, each moment purposeful, great living books, time conscious, hands-on, Christ-centered, solid academics, easy to use guide, fun - too many things to type here. My dc and I are so close, we love doing school together - it's just an extension of our family and what we love doing together. It is my prayer you will have a wonderful time homeschooling as well, and with HOD, I know you will!
