Thank you Carrie.

Where else does the author of a curriculum, who is a full time homeschooling mom, currently authoring another level, take the time (lots of precious time) to answer our questions, relieve our fears and offer clear easy to implement suggestions. Just noticing all of the threads with Carries bright red letters on them!! God blessed our family the day we found HOD.

Thank you Carrie.

And thank you also to those amazing women on this board who give the same advice that comes from Carrie. You are truly being used in a special way to help guide those of us who can't find our own way for the time being!

I concur! She is amazing. I don't know where she gets the time and energy to do all she does. She really has a gift, which we are all benefiting from every day!
Thanks, Carrie!

Me, too!
I appreciate Carrie and Julie so much. When I first learned about HOD, I sent a request for a catalog. I soon received an email reponse from Carrie! Not an auto generated email but a personal email. I was able to ask her tons of questions and then re-ask them again, and again!
It's just so obvious that HOD is a ministry. Atleast, I have sure felt ministered to.

I wholeheartedly agree! I attended the homeschool conference in nc last month. I spent a huge amount of time at the HOD booth asking a million questions. Julie and Carrie were both so helpful. I knew that the Lord had led me to HOD. I also really appreciated the fact that they were not "pushy" at all in trying to talk me into anything. I also love to read their responses on this board. What a blessing!

Ladies,

Thank you so much for your gracious, heartfelt words. As I'm busily typing on the new CTC guide, and missing seeing my family as much as I'd like for this season of my life, I sincerely appreciate each of you taking time out of your busy schedules to uplift and encourage me! :D

The Lord is so faithful about sending others to surround us and encourage us in prayer just when we need it most. Your posts blessed me today!

Blessings,
Carrie

I agree she is amazing! God definitely has His hand on her writing as well. We need to remember to keep her and her family in constant prayer because what God is building Satan would love to tear down. I don't know what I would have done without HOD this last year. It has been a huge blessing for us. I pray that God continues to bless them and continues to give Carrie the strength to keep writing and somehow manages to bless her family with time together in the process. And as well as prayer we need to tell people about it so they can be blessed and so that HOD can survive this hard economy and not be touched by it. Anyway just a ITA and a reminder on prayer and helping to get the word out. :D I know I wish I had found HOD first thing when I started hsing. What a huge difference that would have made!
