Question for Carrie about science in CTC

Post by Leslie in TN » Thu Apr 16, 2009 3:16 pm

Hi Carrie,

Just out of curiosity, could you please tell me approximately how many weeks are spent studying the three main areas of life science in CTC? Is it roughly 12 wks of plants, 12 of animals, 11 of anatomy?

Thanks for indulging me!

Leslie,

We're still tweaking the exact schedule for science, but for now it is generally looking like Land Animals (Zoo 3) will take about the first 17 weeks or so, with birds to follow, then plants, and last human body/anatomy. Birds and plants will most likely each be 4 weeks or so with the remaining 9-10 weeks being human body/anatomy. :D This balance will work out well, as we've had quite a bit of coverage of the life sciences in our previous guides, so this will just be a more in-depth look.

Blessings,
Carrie
