One more question about DITHOR...
One more question about DITHOR...
Since I will be using Beyond this fall, but will have a first grader... should I wait until the following year for Drawn Into the Heart of Reading?

Love my husband of 18 years this year;
Love my 3 teenagers--13, 15, and 16. They keep me young, but hanging on for dear life!
Used HOD in the earliest years with all three of them!

Re: One more question about DITHOR...
I personally would wait...the emergent reader's schedule in the Appendix of Beyond... is a wonderful reading schedule. Once dc completes that then you can add DITHOR. It's actually written for 2nd-8th graders.

also, depending on how your child is reading, some people go through the Early Reader's Bible, and then go back and do the Beginner's Bible before moving onto the rest of the Emerging Reader books. We're doing that right now.
