Bumping up...I think Carrie is waiting to make a decision on that. Not sure, though.

butterfly113,

In the new ancients guide, we are going to be including schedules for Singapore Math 3A/3B, 4A/4B, and 5A/5B. We have decided to complete the Singapore Math series through 6A/6B, as upon further research, we do find that the higher level thinking and problem-solving found within Singapore are hard to find other places.

It will take a bit more work on the part of the parent to work alongside the child in 5A/5B and 6A/6B, however there are not many problems each day, so the time spent on math shouldn't be overwhelming (especially when compared to daily time required by other math programs). We are also going to be selling the Home Instructor's Guide (NOT the Teacher's Guide, which is something entirely different) along with 5A/5B and 6A/6B. This gives all answers for the Textbook portion of the lessons as well as additional ways to talk through the problems if needed. :D

After 6A/6B the Singapore Math series ends and the New Elementary Math series begins. It is a good spot to stop and move into a different math choice at that point. We are still researching as to what we will recommend after the completion of 6A/6B. We will not be heading into the New Elementary Math Series though. :D

Blessings,
Carrie
