We started our first day!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just started our first day today. It was wonderful!! My oldest (9) is doing Bigger and really liked it today, she was a little overwhelmed by the amount of reading, but we did some together and then it goes a lot better. My youngest (6) is doing Beyond and was really happy with it. Thank you Carrie for the wonderful materials. Also, thank to mama mary and all you organized people out there with all your ideas to make things run smoother. I have set up our daily schedule and have marked pages in the appendix to find everything quickly. Thank to all of you!

I don't know if you saw my response on the other thread, but in "Bigger...." you are actually supposed to do the reading to your child. The only part she is scheduled to read to you is the Emerging Reader Set or DITHR.

I'm so glad you had a good first day. We'll hope the rest of your week is great as well.
