RTR problems with page numbers in IEW

I'm trying to accomplish the first day of RTR with my son. This "open and go" stuff isn't working out so well. We followed the directions for looking up the Student Resource Notebook for Medieval Based Writing Lessons online. The problem is that RTR says to print out select pages through p.165, and the IEW .pdf only has 115 pages total. This is especially frustrating to me, because, while I'm knee deep in resetting my heartofdakota.com password and trying to find this answer, my son has wandered off. I've lost his attention for the day, and it'll be a fight to get it back.

Does anybody know what page numbers of this IEW Student Resource (2013) book are the correct ones to print? I know the RTR guide says to use the 2017 version, but this 2013 one was my only choice on the IEW website.

I find that I have to spend some hours setting up each guide before the first day of school before it becomes open and go.

I believe this is a busy season for them with shipping. They do answer on this board, but I’m not sure how often.

The people at HOD sent me the 2017 version of the Student Resource material. I'm posting a "translation" of the page numbers below; however, I recommend that anybody else with this problem just ask for the 2017 version b/c there is a difference in the content.
