Science & History

Post by Karlyn » Wed Apr 24, 2019 6:42 pm

Hello!

I'm thinking about combining my 2nd graders (twins), and my 4th grader in bigger hearts this upcoming school year, using the extension package for my 4th grader. My question is, would he (my 4th grader) still do all of the history & science that's written in the guide with his little brothers, or would he only do the history & science in the extension package?

Thanks for your help! :D

If the 4th grader places into Preparing normally, extensions would be optional. I personally would have him read most of the history books (one is scheduled in Preparing, so I would skip that one), but I don't know if I would require all of the follow up. It depends on his strengths and weaknesses. The science I am not sure about. Maybe post on the main board so Julie or Carrie is more likely to see it.
