Missions to Modern and English 6

Hi!

Our 12 yo is currently using Revival to Revolution and we consider him to be in 6th grade. I see the next guide finishes English 6. It's my understanding that the Rod and Staff English series generally corresponds to the grade, but I see the last High School guide only completes English 8. I'm just wondering what the reasoning is to not progress through to Rod and Staff's final English, which is 10/11. Just trying to make a plan! Thanks in advance!
