Thanksgiving!

Post by snadig » Thu Nov 05, 2015 2:23 pm

Hi fellow home schoolers!

I wanted to start a Thanksgiving thread. We all are ready for a break, but need to keep going for a couple more weeks. So I thought it would be fun to think on what we are Thankful for.

So here are a few things:
I am thankful the Lord saved my life and I will get to see Him someday!
I am thankful for my bible to read, I can't image not having it.
Thankful for new mercies everyday!
Thankful for my wonderful husband!
Thankful for my children!
Thankful to homeschool!
Thankful for HOD!

I could keep going, but I will let you all give it a try. In those hard tired days remember what you are thankful for.

Blessings,
Stacey

Great idea!

I share with you in all you wrote above.
I am also thankful for our free country that allows us to homeschool.
Today I am thankful for the beauty of the fall leaves and skies.
I am thankful for the creativity of my kids.
I am thankful for how quick they are to forgive me and move on when I've blown it and apologize to them. (kids are so great that way!)
Thankful for a warm place to call home as the weather turns chilly!
