Help with length of lessons for MTMM and World Geo

Hi all- I'm new and researching HOD for high school and possibly 8th grade. I tried searching but cannot find what I am looking for and was wondering if someone could link me to the right info :D

I was looking for the average length of the lessons in MTMM and World Geography so I can see what our days would look like.
