History project help/Rev to Rev guide

Post by Maggie » Tue Sep 16, 2014 12:24 pm

We are currently on Unit 2 Day 3. Does anyone have a picture of the Pueblo pottery to give me a visual of how it looks? Just want to make sure I am understanding the project instructions.

Good morning, Maggie! :D Here are some pictures of my nephew Shaw's pottery and my son Wyatt's pottery...

The boys patterned their pottery after the pictures included in the RevtoRev Student Notebook. Often times, there will be visual aids such as these in the Student Notebook. One thing to keep in mind about the projects - they are meant to be a creative way to respond to what has been read. They don't have to turn out one certain way; in fact, creative individuality and inspiration is considered valuable learning in this case. So, as you can see, Shaw and Wyatt's pottery looks nothing alike. Shaw is very artistic, so Wyatt and I long ago quit trying to live up to his talents - instead, we just enjoy the projects together, and tell Shaw how much we think God has gifted him in this area! I hope this helps! :D

In Christ,
