My son who is starting grade 7 in the fall in the RtoR book has already done Astronomy in our former co-op.
I need to fill in those first 13 weeks with something and am happy to take suggestions.
Alternatively, I am also considering him doing Swimming Creatures on his own (as a full year and skip the whole RtoR science), but it will lack the explictness we have grown so fond of in the HOD guides.
Any thoughts?

My ds had done the Astronomy book already so what we did was sub in the AIG book. There is a schedule in the back of the guide for that. I think it is scheduled for 2 weeks less than the Astronomy book so I added in a build a volcano kit I bought and just studied different types of volcanoes for those 2 weeks. The AIG book is a little more textbook like than typical HOD science, but it has good information.

Hi Lynn,
Is there a schedule for the AIG God's Design For Heaven and Earth: Our Universe in the appendix? Thanks!
