Does edition of Amer Pioneers/Patriots matter?

Post by bookworm » Sun Jun 08, 2008 3:56 pm

I have the first edition of this book and wondered if it really mattered? I'm sure the pages won't match up perfectly but I think I could figure it out easily enough. I wonder if the main changes were with the illustrations.
Does anyone know if the content is different?
Thanks
Ann

PS. Now that I look I have the older edition of Boys and Girls of Colonial Days as well. Is this a big deal?

Ann,

The page numbers for both versions of Boys and Girls of Colonial Days is given in the guide. So, you should be alright with that one.

However, the American Pioneers and Patriots has added new content in the new edition. So, you'd be better off with the new edition, or some of your lessons will not make sense!

Blessings,
Carrie
