Preparing Hearts for His Glory: 4 (2nd half)

LHTH - We reviewed Jonah and the letter "P". She enjoyed it much more this week, including doing a reenactment of the story w/ Duplos and paper.

LHFHG - We did unit 31, about America growing and changing. He especially liked the day we studied George Washington Carver and the peanuts.
He enjoyed drawing the parts of the plant on index cards. The Bear Hunt was appreciated as well.

Preparing - Unit 7! Can't believe we have made it this far! Learning about Moses and the Israelites. We did a little extra study on Egyptian culture - he enjoyed that, the drawings, and snakes! (shudder) I could hardly help with that lesson, as they make me sick. Mostly he had a good week - now if we can do that with English . . .
