Preparing Question

Post by cookislandmommy » Wed Oct 09, 2013 8:11 pm

Hi there,

We are going to do Preparing and I would love to find out what extra historical fiction books did others use or recommend for each topic?

My daughter devours books and a few extra books will benefit her. I have done a search through the Preparing Page but I can't seem to find any suggestions for additional books. If anyone has any ideas we would really appreciate them. I have a few extras but would love to have more.

Kind Regards
Sherid

My son loves to read too, and he is enjoying the extension books that include historical fiction and additional historical information. :D
Thankful for Jesus Christ, my DH, our four children, and homeschooling. Homeschooled since 2007

We got several of the extension books as well.
I also combed my bookshelves for books and gathered a few more. Most of the books were mine when I was young, so you can't find them now. However, the Adventures in Odyssey Imagination Station books are available, and several of them fit.
We also got a couple fact books on hieroglyphics and pyramids from the library when we did that unit last week.
