Hello everyone!
We hit the ground running this past week with preparing. The transition has gone well, and I know that next week will be even better. I'm loving the materials as always - and I know the children enjoy all of it, too.
My question...
Since preparing is written for four days a week...and it says to do DITHOR three days a week... How have you all adjusted DITHOR to just do it three days a week - rather than five? Just pick and choose which lessons from there to do? Am I missing something? Is there an easy way to figure this out?
This week they've done DITHOR daily... I just wasn't sure how to adjust it.
I'd appreciate your insight and input!

You don't do DITHR on the same schedule as the Preparing guide. You will not finish all the genres in DITHR in one year from Preparing level on up because it is scheduled 3 days a week. You just follow along, doing one day at a time and the activities for each day. So one 20 day genre of DITHR will take you 6 2/3 weeks. Keep your bookmark in where you are at (multiple bookmarks if you are doing it with multiple students and they are not in the same place).
