using DITHR for high school - need help with book ideas

Post by little1stwo » Fri Aug 02, 2013 7:05 am

Hi,

I would like to use DITHR for my sons 9th grade year. We will be using Rev to Rev. I was wondering if you could help me with some book suggestions to use on a high school level that would be good to use with DITHR (I've never used it before). He is a strong reader and enjoys it. Also, how many books do I need to do to make it credit worthy? I have three other children under him that I am introducing to DITHR this year and some more littles, too, so I don't want to overwhelm myself. Any advice and book suggestions you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Also, we are conservative readers if that helps with suggestions : ) I love the books Carrie picks. I did see a thread for books Carrie suggested for high school for the RTR time period, but not one for Rev to Rev. They don't have to be in that time period either - just trying to find out what kind of books would be credit worthy for 9th grade and then maybe I could find some more on my own.

Thank you for any help you can give me!

Sincerely,
Lynn
