Are there lists of the book titles used each week?

Hello again,
I have more questions. ( I just placed my order; I still feel a bit like hyperventilating, but that's ok. )

I'm wondering if there are lists somewhere of which book titles are used each week for each program. I'm transferring in from doing Sonlight last year, and there was a list included in the Instructor's Guide of the first week each book was introduced. I found that list very helpful for organizing the books on my shelves.

Since I'm looking at organizing several programs, I'd like to label the spines of each of our books with
-a color code for the level the books belong in,
-a number for the unit when it's introduced, and
-an abbreviation for what part of the program it's used in (storytime, independent reader, etc.)

Is there such a chart or list somewhere?

Many of the books are used for multiple units. So, I just label the spine with tape for each guide. You could use two colors of tape - one for guide and one for kind of book. I use washi tape because it is like painter's tape and will come off easily. I found with LHFHG that the books come in and out, so marking the unit wouldn't be too helpful for this guide. But, I bet the other guides might not just as much.

What I plan to do is to have the books labeled by the first unit in which they are used. It's ok if they are used for more than one unit. I'd just like to know at a glance when I need to pull them out of their storage shelves and put them in the schooling area.

I don't know of anything already done like that. I would find it helpful as well. With as many guides as we have going, I can't fit all the books for the year in our main schooling area anymore, so I have to rotate them in and out as used.

No, I don't think there is a chart like that, and it would be helpful, the further we go up the guides the more there are lots of books and each one read for a few units at a time. I tend to have all of a certain type of book in a place on the "school book" shelf and therefore I can easily find another one when I see that it is coming up to be used. There are a lot of different books though!

With three guides of Preparing or higher next year, it would be extremely helpful. I just skimmed through guides yesterday in order to organize our shelves for the first day of school. I have the overflow books in crates (one for each of the higher guides) and will rotate them in and out as we finish some and get the new ones out.

I color code the books then line them up in the order shown on the website. When we finish a book or I see we need a different one for the following day I simply pull it from the shelf. Has worked well so far.

Is the order shown on the website pretty similar to the order the books are introduced in the program? If so, that's super helpful!
