Times for Guides

Can someone give me a link for how long each box takes in Beyond and MtMM? Also, how much teacher time does MtMM take. Thank you very much. :D

From Julie (my3sons):

MTMM Times…
Left Side of Plans – about 2+ hours total, figuring long
Reading about History: 30 min.
Storytime: 20 min.
Rotating History box: 20 min.; Worthy Words day longer: around 40 min.
History Project: 20 min.
Days 1, 2, and 4 President Study: 20-25 min. and Day 3 State Study: 35 min.
Independent History Study: 15-20 min.

Right Side of Plans – about 3+ hours total, figuring long
Bible Quiet Time: 30-35 min.
Who Am I? on 2 days: 20 min. and Nature Journal on 2 days: 20-30 min.
Math: 35-40 min.
Days 1-3 Science: 20-30 min.; Day 4 lab longer like 45 min.
Language Arts…
R & S English, daily, 20-25 min.
DITHOR, 3 days, 35 min.
WWTB, 2 days, 20 min.
Dictation, 3 days, 5 min.


Beyond Little Hearts... time allotments per box
Reading About History Box: 10 min.
Poetry and Rhymes: 5-10 min.
Bible Study and Music: 10 min.
Rotating Bottom Left Box (Artistic Expression, History Activity/Timeline, Geography, Science twice weekly): 15-20 min.

Language Arts Box: 15 min. (spelling/grammar)
Reading: 15 min. if doing the Emerging Readers and 20-25 min. if doing DITHR 2/3
Math: 15-20 min.
Storytime: 15-20 min.
Mom to
DD16 (completed LHFHG-WH, parts of US1 and 2)
DS14 WG (completed LHFHG-MtMM plus some of LHTH)
DD13 MtMM (completed Rev2Rev)
DS8 Bigger (completed LHTH-Beyond)

I always go to the pinned schedules post and then search for the guide. Normally it is pretty easy to find that way :)
