I am trying to decide if this is "doable" for us? I am considering Progeny Press Guides or DITHOR. Now...the thing I like about PP is that they have the comprehension questions for you? At a time in my life when I am trying to simplify, this sounds good. However...I don't know. I feel sort of lost ...

One of the reasons I went ahead w/ the Standards is I "thought" they were phasing out the US Editions...I guess I misunderstood...YIKES! I know for K, you can't get Earlybird 1A, 1B etc..anymore, I don't think.

I will be using LHFHG and I bought the Standards K and Standards 1 for my 1st grader. Sooo...bummer! I guess I could "skip" the math section and use the suggestions that follow in the HS Guide (singapore). My older ones in Bigger are using completely different math programs so...I don't ...

Well..then...what to do? I bought the Standard Edition, homeschool guide, the whole bit already....I guess I didn't realize there were "activities" for math so I didn't worry about it too much..hmmm...

I will go through the guide and see if I can make it work, if not...I will just sell mine and get ...

I have committed to HOD for one year regardless.....this is a big deal for me so, I don't want to add things here and there and make it difficult when it doesn't need to be!

Well..still deciding about Bigger or Preparing...whew! I got my Queen Language Lessons and you know what? I really love the picture study in a workbook form, w/ questions etc..BUT...I think that is all I would use of these workbooks because poetry and dictation are covered in the HOD Guides ...
