We did RTR last year, and waking up every morning to hearing my ds sing his Phil. music for his Bible Quiet Time was such an uplifting way to begin my day.

I still get teared up thinking about it. I don't think it will be difficult for 2 dc to do the Bible Quiet Time box at the same time. They could easily just keep the RTR manual propped open between them, so they can each see it. I think doing it in bed or on a couch is an easy way to sit near together and be in a more semi-private setting. They each will have their own copy of "Hidden Treasures in Philippians" to write in, as these are consumable and not reproducible, so the only resources they'd have to share is the Phil. music cd and the RTR manual. I bet you could just have them start their quiet time singing together along with their Phil. cd music. Then, after that, they can work at their own pace through the Bible Quiet Time box's plans. They can each use their own Bibles, their own Hidden Treasures... books, and do their own prayer time silently. My ds loved his Bible Quiet Time. He really grew up so much during this, and is beginning to embrace having a Bible Quiet Time of his own, even in the summer months. I am so glad your dc will get to do this - it really is such an important habit to instill in our dc - one I wished I had intact as a child rather than trying to begin it as an adult. I pray you have a wonderful year with it!
In Christ,
