so much for name calling....

Post by kvmck » Tue Mar 08, 2011 7:43 pm

Today in Bigger (I think we're in unit 23) we learned about Bryant, Hawthorne and Prescott. We were talking about them over dinner and I couldn't remember which man wrote histories so I asked and in reply one child said, "Oh.. I think it was the guy with the big head" and then "No, I'm pretty sure it was the blind guy".

Of course, none of us could remember their names after that. Perhaps sometimes it is better not to know what our children remember??

:D

LOL! It is funny what they remember. It was the blind one, Prescott, I believe. We read that today as well! :D It's so neat that we were doing the same lesson today. :D
