Looking for sample assignment someone made up..

I remember that someone on this board made up an assignment sheet for their kids using the symbols from the HOD guides. That way, the parent did not have to make a check in the manual when the assignment was completed. Can anyone point me to that thread? I would like to do something similar with my children. I believe this person may have been responding to using an assignment sheet as a way of incorporating the ideas of the "workbox" system. Any help would be appreciated...

I've been searching and searching past threads to find it. Someone used the symbols in the manuals for each subject and made assignment pages for their children to check off. Anybody know where that is???

I just recently did the same thing for my workboxes! I am going to attach them to the boxes for easier filling and my ds can find them easier in the TM
