Preparing Hearts Time Line
I'm sure this has been asked, and I want to make sure I understand this correctly....
In the manual it says the students will need 32 cards cut in half.... so a total of 64 cards, right? And if we want to do a different size or format, that is ok???
Thanks!

Re: Preparing Hearts Time Line
I think you have it right...
I am thinking of using the full card and securing a heavy string across the wall in our school room.
I am not sure how to secure the string without making a big mark on the wall...
I think I would use plastic clothes pins or some sort of paper clip to hang them from the string.
Don't know if it will work, or not.

Re: Preparing Hearts Time Line
I believe you can make your timeline anyway you want to. My daughter is going to start Preparing soon and I am making a timeline using cardstock. This way I can fold it up and put it in a file in my TM box. In a few months we will be schooling out of a box in a camper and or hotel.

That is so helpful. Thank you. I am going to go with the accordion-style. This board is great.

My 8 y.o. is using a full regular-sized index card and we're doing it accordion style. My older 2 are adding more people and events and using another timeline book that we had started 2 years ago. Personally, I think my 8 y.o. is getting more out of his timeline than my older 2 because he has to create the figure - not just color it in and paste it on. Loving Preparing!
