What exactly do I order?

I need to order Preparing and Little Hands. Is there a package deal for everything shown in the example pages or do I order everything separately? Do I need to have my ds (going to 3rd) take the placement test via Singapore website or just order 3 a and b? I have just decided to use this curriculum but I am not sure how to order the "full" program including the reading program....please help....thank you!!

There are package deals on the web site. It is really easy to order what you need. You can click on the book of the level you are wanting to order and all of your choices will be there for you. You order the DITHOR packages separately, but there is a link on the PHFHG page.
As for the Singapore, take the placement test! I tested my girls who are all A students at school and was shocked to find out my almost 4th grader tested 2B and my almost 3rd grader tested 2A possibly 2B. This was a shock to me as my 3rd grader tested 4th grade level in 2nd grade on the STAR test. Students that have used other maths often test lower than the grade they would be in if they had used Singapore from the beginning.

Val gave good advice about taking the Singapore placement test. I think it would be well worth your time to do that. We've found it makes a difference even if we're off a semester. Proper placement in Singapore makes it a super fit for dc!
