Looking ahead to high school

I am considering switching my daughter to Heart of Dakota for the coming school year. She is almost 11 and will be entering 6th grade. If I start her in Creation to Christ and we follow along each year this will put her in US History 1 when she's a senior in high school instead of US History 2. Do I need to start her in Resurrection to Reformation or do we skip a level later (before she starts high school) or what is typically recommended in this situation?

Where does she place on the placement chart?
It is more important to place her where she is than to get all for "high school" guide complete. It is easy to use MtMM for 9th grade!

DD13 MtMM (completed Rev2Rev)
DS8 Bigger (completed LHTH-Beyond)

We are going to be in the same boat finishing at US1. We are looking forward to MTMM for 9th but I am still not sure how it will work credit wise. I will try and follow this thread for insight, too.
