Bigger For My 2 Sons?

I am looking at using HOD this fall for my sons who are going to be 8 & 10. I would love some advice! I'm looking at either Bigger or Preparing, but I don't know which I should choose. Thanks!

Where does the 8yo place on the placement chart? What has he done in the past? You want to place the lower level child and then beef up for the older/higher level child.
