Is there a children's dictionary out there that doesn't include evolutionism? I sometimes have a hard time explaining words to my 7 year old. He's very bright, but I just cannot always figure out the right wording for his age level. (We have an adult Webster's already). I'm looking for something that he can look at with me and on his own without indoctrinating himself on that crazy monkey theory. I am open to using a child friendly internet site, but would rather have a book that we can just keep with us at our work space instead of having to go to the computer each time he has a question. Any ideas???
My nephew has a dictionary that shows a detailed pic of the theory of evolution, and it's scary to think that he can explore that concept without his parents guidance at any time, given that the book sits right the shelf in his room. Even though they have taught him the truth, those pictures can be interesting to a child and they cannot understand that they are being deceived.
I know this is long....So thanks for reading

Re: Children's Dictionary with Christian worldview
I just got the Scholastic Children's Dictionary from a local Christian school that closed, and you made me get up and look to see what it says. It defines evolution as
1. The gradual change of living things over thousands of years
2. Gradual change into a different form.
But, no pictures just a short definition.
