I use the flex days if we need sick days, or if we decide to do something else for fun (i.e. my dh decides to take the boys fishing, or we go to Chuckee Cheese to break up the winter blues, etc.). :D I planned about 15 days for this, and if we don't use them all, we just finish earlier. :wink:
