I do want to support HOD and the board rules are acceptable. I feel an older student who needs remediation might need something different. All of the links that I provided are either to free products from the 1800's (and certainly would not replace any HOD products) or a phonics promoting/tutoring page that is charitable (sells nothing at all... it isn't my page either), so I assume they are acceptable. I am not sure which of the board rules I would have violated.

Yes, it's the links - as this isn't a general board, and we only discuss how to use HOD-related materials.
