Writing Thank You Notes

Post by mom2boys030507 » Thu Dec 27, 2007 12:52 pm

As we were finishing our math today, my son asked to do some writing. So I suggested writing Thank You notes. He got very excited and proceeded to dictate to me 6 different Thank You notes that he needed to write. I was only going to have him write one to out of town relatives because we were with every one else when he opened the gifts. So he sat down and started coping. He completed 2 thank you notes before lunch and said he would work on another after quiet time.

It is amazing to watch him grow. In the last few weeks his maturity level has just shot up and it is so rewarding to hear him be so thankful for the gifts he was given for Christmas.
