EFA's are Essential Fatty Acids in supplement form. This helps with brain function.

Focus2Learn is an exercise program which is designed to improve attention span, focus and concentration. There are other programs similar like Move to Learn. It is often used with LD kids. And yes, anyone can do it. It takes about 20 minutes each morning.

Annie,

What a relief for you to have some answers to your concerns! I know it isn't wonderful to discover that your daughter has vision issues, but at least it is an answer that you can work with to improve this area for her.

I know as a mom that when there is a problem that I can't quite put my finger on, I want answers and a plan to solve it!

Thanks for sharing. :)

Blessings,
Carrie
