Just wanted to post that I got to talk with Mike today. He answered all of my questions and was so helpful and kind. Preparing would definitely be the choice, if we go with HOD.
Now I am just praying that God will clearly show us His plan for our family and then trusting He will provide the finances for whatever that plan is.
Thank you for the input y'all gave!

We switched from MFW this year. We got through about two thirds of CTG last year. My dd is using CTC now. I was a little worried about repeating too much stuff. My dd told me the other day that she is actually learning so much new stuff. She is really enjoying this year so much. I feel so much better about this year. Last year was just too much work for me and I couldn't keep up. HOD is so well written and very easy to pick up and go. My dd can follow the directions very easily with little direction from me. It has been so freeing and I love what she is learning.

Thanks! That is great to know. We are definitely needing to head toward more structured independence. The little guys are taking over quickly!!
