I love how detailed it is and how you can see everyone's schedule on the same page together. can I ask what software you used to create this? Thanks!

Julie,

What guide were you using along with Beyond, was it Preparing?

Do you have your Beyond and/or Preparing schedule posted anywhere?

Thanks!

Well, I guess Julie hasn't been on here yet. Does anyone else know what she used to create this schedule? I need to make one for me and my girls. Thanks!

I haven't posted my schedule yet because until I get my books I won't know for sure if this will work. Plus, I planned to not do school on Fridays due to storytime at the library, but can see that with Bigger, I really need to. So it needs some tweaking. Besides, I don't really know how to post it!! LOL Anyway, it looks a lot like Julie's schedule, and I just used a table in Microsoft Works. Just change all the page margins to .5 to give you plenty of room. Let me know if you want to see it or need more help. I LOVE make schedules and tables and whatnot!

Julie,

I might steal your format, too, if you can tell us how you made it. I have my rough draft all ready to type. Woo-hoo! :D Your times for the boxes in Preparing and LHFHG were a huge help to me as I planned.

If I was to venture a guess I might think she used an excel spreadsheet and made her own and filled in the info pertaining to each person.

I'll bump this to the top of the board, as I know Julie missed this one while we were in Atlanta.

She is an amazing scheduler and her tips are terrific!

Thanks Carrie. Julie actually contacted me privately and even emailed me her schedule as a template! Thanks again Julie, you are so sweet and giving! :)
