R&S english -which one??

We will be doing preparing in the fall. Was wondering which R&S english to do- 3 or 4??
Daughter will be 10(may) in 5th grade but has had no diagramming and knows nouns,verbs and some adjectives. What do you all suggest??

I might be inclined to go with 3, completing the whole book this year, though I've not used Rod and Staff. I'll bump the post for you anyway.

My daughter will also be 10 and starting preparing this fall. She hasn't done any diagramming. We have used Easy Grammar for the past couple of years and she knows the basics but grammar is not her strong suit. Well language arts in general isn't her thing! Anyways, we went with 3. She will still be on track to finish the books she needs to through high school. I figure better to give her a more gentle start with plenty of practice then try to start her off on a higher level that she might have a hard time with!
