I have been homeschooling for 10 years now, so you would think I have everything under control

My oldest dd is about to start the World Geography guide for highschool, and I will officially need to start grading. I am SO thankful for the grading advice in the guide!! But I am still a little unsure about some things...
Do you just run copies of the grading suggestion pages and write on those?? I think I didn't see a place to grade each narration, for example, though, so I wasn't sure if that would work? So I was wondering how everyone was writing down the grades to keep them? I hope that makes sense

I don't feel like I need to keep any more detailed grades than the guidelines in the book, but I just wasn't sure how to log them, so to speak.
I feel like I should know this, but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed

Thanks for any thoughts and advice!!
