Julie,

I am so impressed with how organized you are with your chore charts and schedule. This is what it means for someone to truly organize their cleaning and make sure all things get covered. I am definitely NOT that organized and some tasks only get done once in a blue moon.... when I look at it and can't stand looking at it anymore! I love the ideas and the way you use incentives to encourage them, and yet give them the freedom to complete the chores and be self-directed in doing so.

Thanks for sharing all of that!
Melissa

Thanks again!
I don't specify this, as they know who can do what from previous years of training. Basically, if a child hasn't been trained for a chore, they can't do it. However, they can do it WITH an older child, so I kind of left that open to interpretation as Wyatt is so good at leading this (and he likes to be the leader in it  ). If we didn't have this situation, I'd just put the names of who could do the chores next to each item. :)

Thanks for asking, but I fear my blog will be a disappointment. I am so NOT active on my blog! As in 'years' of not posting much! However, I always hope to do more with it. Most of what the poster is speaking of can still be found on my blog, and also in the 'chart's section of my photo bucket account...
