So sorry for your loss, and praying for you!!

Some words that really comforted me when a pastor spoke to us at my father-in-law's funeral (over 20 years ago already, but I still remember). He reminded us that it may be a long good-bye, but (as Christians) it is not a forever good-bye. Take comfort knowing you will see each other again, and praise the One Who saves us and makes it possible.

Dear Carrie and Julie and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad must have been a wonderful man to have daughters like you. His legacy lives on in your families and in your work for the Lord. I'll be praying for God to carry you, comfort you, and give you peace as you do the hard work of grieving the loss of your dear daddy.

Psalm 62:8 "Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge."

I am so sorry to hear about your fathers passing. You are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May the lord give you peace in knowing that he is no longer suffering even though he will be greatly missed. ((((((HUGS)))))))

There is so much pain in the loss of a father. I am praying that God would mend your broken hearts and provide comfort and peace that comes only through Him.

So sorry to hear of your loss! We pray that God will comfort your families during this time. So much like God to give your little sweetie the comfort of that memory verse this week-I bet it's one he'll remember for life!

I am sorry for your loss. Praying for comfort in the days ahead for your families and for your Mom. I have lost both my parents so I understand your loss. Knowing the reception they received in heaven that is for eternity has eased my loss and sadness. Knowing that their body is now made perfect has eased the loss. My prayers to you during this time. Praise be to God.

The first introduction that I had to Heart of Dakota curriculum was through your dad at the Arlington, Texas Book Fair. I am honored to have met him for those few minutes!
