Dinosaurs of Eden

Post by dancinkayak11971 » Mon Sep 30, 2013 1:31 pm

Does anyone know where to find Dinosaurs of Eden for the Creation of Christ? Is it in one of the books or is it a separate book?

It is a separate book and is part of the history read aloud package.

Correct, but I believe you are afforded up to two substitutions. i.e. sub one book in the boy interest pack for for Dinosaurs of Eden. You may also be able to purchase it individually from the HOD bookstore.

But remember that the read-alouds cover 9 literary genres, with one book per genre, and when substituting, you have to substitute for a book of equal or lesser value. So, you would not be able to substitute Dinosaurs, a biography genre book, for Carry On, Mr. Bodwitch, the biography book in the Boy Interest package, as Dinosaurs costs more. If you want the Dinosaurs book and are buying the Boy Interest package, I think it would be easiest to just buy it separately, which you can do on the CTC ordering page by clicking "Add to Cart" directly below the picture of the book.

Thank-You all for your help! This is a very helpful tool! :)

Is this the only book I will have to buy that is extra?

If you purchased the boy interest pack, use the biography from that set. Don't worry about purchasing the history storytime pack. Just answer the questions from the box with regard to the books you are reading. I'm pretty certain if you look in the introductory area of the guide it will tell you how to use the boy interest pack rather than the history pack. HTH.
