Question about The Elements in MtMM

Question about The Elements in MtMM

For those who have done MtMM already - I have two kids who will be using this program. I saw in the introduction of the Teacher's Manual that we need a 1" binder for use with this book. What is this used for? In looking at the book, I see activities that would require writing in the book. I only purchased one copy of this book. Can it be used with multiple kids? Did you make copies of the activity pages for each kid to do? Feeling confused about this one!

The 1" binder is to put The Elements in since it is just 3 hole punched loose paper. I don't know the answer to the other questions as I haven't used it yet.

Ahhh, that could clear up some of my confusion. My Elements is bound in book form rather than 3 hole punched. That helps a lot! :) I could not figure out what I would need that binder for! :?

The Elements book is now perfect bound, so no need for a binder! Good question! :D
