"Book Projects" levels?

I'm trying to decide which level of "Book Projects to Send Home" to get for my 10 yos. Can anyone give me an example of how difficult the projects are at either level?

The Book Projects for Grade 4 has gone out of print. (So, that leaves you choosing between the grade 2 or grade 5 book.) I would definitely do the grade 5 book.
