Bigger Extension Questions

I have a question about the Bigger Extensions. In the back of Bigger, does it tell exactly what the student should be doing as he/she reads their extension books? Does it state it for each book, or just a general guide for all the books? Just trying to get the extension concept in my head and see how everyone uses them.

I have a question about the Bigger Extensions. In the back of Bigger, does it tell exactly what the student should be doing as he/she reads their extension books? It tells exactly what to read each day, and has a general guideline for what assignments would be appropriate.

The guide suggests doing oral narration 2 days per unit, written narration 2 days per unit, and a notebooking page (picture with caption) 1 day per unit.

Oh, there's also a Science reading once per unit in addition to the five assigned History readings. (I hope that makes sense!)
