Susie did something to her screen that made it go white, and she can no longer post. She asked for help on another board. She can read, but not post. She does not have the hot pink board. Can you delete her account and let her start fresh? Thanks, Melissa

Yes, I got the white screen of death instead of the hot pink. I know now not to change the color setting.
