Wanting to do the Week in Review this year--need tech help

If you do not have a blog, where do you put your pictures so that you can post them on the Week in Review? I know this has been discussed before; I just need help finding it. Also, I have my schedule for next year done in a grid in open office. Is there any way to post that? This is not my strong point. No pointers of any kind will be too precise. Thank you for any help you can offer. I want to participate a little more this coming year but need HELP!
