We own the book "Grandpa's Box" and I am seriously contemplating using it for our family worship now. Our oldest is on unit 17 of Beyond, and will take Bigger at 1/2 speed for awhile plus summer breaks yet this year. So it would be probably 2 1/2 years before we get to Preparing. If it were another type of book I would just put it away, but when it comes to the story of salvation, I just don't think our children can get enough. Still, I don't want to "wreck" his Preparing year either. I haven't made a final decision yet. Any thoughts?

It is one of my dd's favorite books in Preparing. But it is so good that I know she would never care if we read it again. You also don't read it straight through a chapter each week but you read it at different Units. Don't know if that helps. I would say go for it! It is a great book!
