Silly Question

Post by my3luvs » Sun May 01, 2011 1:06 pm

I was reading someone's blog about doing an activity in one of the guides that required "pecans" or "walnuts"...I can't remember which one or which guide. DD-2 has a severe nut allergy and I wanted to know if the activity "required" the nut or if I could do the activities without the nut?. If it's required no biggie we will just skip. I am just wondering how many there are that require this.

TIA.

I would guess that you could substitute something else. Usually, that's the case in most of the activities. They all use what you typically would have on hand, but if you happen to be out or in your case, can't use something listed, it's usually fairly easy to sub something. Depending on the activity, perhaps you could use crushed croutons or crackers or even cookies ...or crashed m&m's, nerds, etc. Just depends on how they're being used.
