I am looking for a post Carrie wrote about skills needed for Beyond. If you know where it is please help me find it! Thanks!

Michelle - I'd love to help you out, but I am not remembering which post that one is
- but here are some links to the time allotments and boxes in Beyond, in case that is helpful...

Of course you know about the placement chart and the first week of plans for Beyond, as well as its "Introduction". Those pieces of information would be helpful too. Did you have any specific skills you were wondering about? I could try to answer that, and I know Carrie will too as time allows her.

Thanks for the response. There was a post Carrie responded to within the last few weeks. She was helping a person with placement and she listed some skills necessary for Beyond. It was a wonderful explanation so I wanted to share it with a friend starting HOD next year and trying to decide on placement. Thanks for the help. I will keep looking...
