Free Shipping???? Book Sub?

I have heard about both of these and am excited. I have Beyond in my shopping cart and there is no mention of free shipping anywhere. Is it just not an option anymore? And if you are ordering, how does the book sub work? Thanks so much for helping a newbie out.

You have to order $400 or more to receive free shipping. There is also a shipping break of only $10 for shipping when ordering $300-$399.
You are allowed one book substitution in the economy and deluxe packages when ordering Beyond. Do you have a catalog? If you don't you can request one on the website and you will get one in less than a week
(at least mine came that quickly!) . All this info is on page 78 (next to last page). I am not sure how to "order" the substitutions so you may want to call when placing your order to make sure that is worked out correctly.
